Aperta is a location-based social media application operated by Cirque Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The Service is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play.

5. Content Visibility & Retention
Aperta is designed around time-based and relevance-based content visibility. Content may expire, be hidden, or lose visibility over time based on engagement, user preferences, or moderation actions.
When content or accounts are deleted, associated data may not be removed immediately and may be retained for a limited period for technical, security, moderation, or legal compliance purposes. In certain cases, data may be preserved longer where required to investigate abuse, enforce platform rules, or comply with legal obligations.
Moderation and enforcement records may be retained separately from user content to support platform safety, abuse prevention, and appeals.
6. Location Data
Aperta uses approximate location data to filter and display content. Location information is intentionally imprecise, not publicly displayed, and not used to identify individual users.
7. Communications
Aperta does not send marketing or promotional emails. Emails may be sent only for essential account-related purposes, such as authentication, password resets, or direct responses to user inquiries.
8. Payments
Aperta is currently free to use. We do not collect or store payment or billing information. If paid features are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

- Service providers used to operate the app (such as cloud hosting and infrastructure)
